The majority of our stock is sourced from Asia, comprising a range of exotic fish and shellfish. Our products are generally packaged in retail-ready bags.
We apply particularly rigorous criteria when selecting our suppliers, based exclusively on the quality of the products and the fishing grounds.
Our purchasing department carries out in-house microbiological monitoring of the batches dispatched, as well as checking the compliance of product labelling.
100% of our volumes are processed as frozen products.
