Digitalisation: a major project in 2025

The year 2025 saw the introduction of new tools designed to make our teams’ day-to-day work easier.

Here are the new tools we have created:

  • DOCUWARE: our new electronic data management solution for processing our 1,000 monthly supplier invoices more efficiently
  • PETITE VACHE: it monitors stock levels in the fridge to ensure full traceability
  • ORGAZEN & MILADY: complementary task management tools, developed in-house with the help of our IT partner ESPACE TECHNOLOGIE, which save our sales teams valuable time
  • MEATING EXPENSES: a user-friendly and fun expense claim software, developed by Arthur Ducept as a web and mobile app in close collaboration with the accounts team.
